<br />rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal to my grandsons, Jesse Eldridge
<br />ind Jasper Eldridge, in equal shares.
<br />LASTLY, I hereby make, constitute and appoint my wife, Catharine Rickard, as Executrix of this,:'
<br />my Last Will and Testament.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name this 2nd day of September, A.D.,1930.

<br />of Tenant Lewis Rickard, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 20th day

<br />ij Lots Eleven (11),Twelve (12), Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) in Block Two (2)
<br />in Powell 's Addition to the Village of Alda, also Fractional Lots One (1) and
<br />Two (2) in Block'Three (3) in said Powell's Addition to the Village of Alda,
<br />according to the recorded Plat thereof, all in said Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that under and by virtue of the terms of said will, said.premises did

<br />' pass and descend at the death of the testator, to Catharine Rickard, his widow for the-term of I

<br />i her natural life, and that at the death of said Catharine Rickard, said premises shall descend!
<br />to Annie Rickard Eldridge, daughter of the deceased, on condition that she survive said Cathar� �ne

<br />ii Rickard, and in the event that said Annie Rickard Eldridge does not survive said Catharine
<br />Rickard, then said premises shall descend to Jesse Eldridge and Jasper Eldridge, grandsons of
<br />li the said Tenant Lewis Rickard, and to their heirs forever.

<br />i. THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that said Jesse Lewis Eldridge died on the 7th day of February 1931, a
