<br />Estate of Tenant Lewis Rickard, FINAL DECREE.

<br />Now on this 7th day of October, 1931, following due and legal notice by publication in The
<br />Grand. Island Daily Independent, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Kather
<br />Rickard, executrix, of the last will of Tenant Lewis Rickard, deceased,- no objections or pro-
<br />tests having been filed, and on examination of said report,
<br />THE COURT FINDS, that said executrix has fully accounted for all of the estate of the deceased
<br />coming into her hands, or under her control, and that there remains no money or d�her personal
<br />property in her possession belonging to said estate, and that her report is correct and ought
<br />to be allowed as and for her final account. The Court further finds, that Anna Eldridge, ben
<br />ficiary, legatee and. devisee in said will has accepted said report as true and correct and as
<br />the final report of said executrix, and has waived all notice of hearing on the same.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that notice as reouired by law was given to all creditors of the deceased of
<br />the time allowed and place appointed for filing cl.IiA Ski testate by publication of such not
<br />in The Grand Island Daily Independent for three (3) successive weeks; that the time allowed
<br />for filing claims against said estate has fully expired and that all claims outstanding againE
<br />the deceased or his estate, if any such exist, are therefore forever barred and excluded, and
<br />that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been paid.and satisfied.
<br />THE COURT'FURTHER FINDS that said Tenant Lewis Rickard departed this life on the 24th day of
<br />December) 1930; that he was at that time a resident and inhabitant of said Hall County, Ne- I
<br />braska, and left a last will, which instrument was after due notice, proved, allowed and -ad-
<br />mitted to protate and entered of record in this office, which will was in words and figures ai
<br />follows, to -wit:

<br />I, Tenant Lewis Rickard, of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby declare this to be my Lastl
<br />Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills and Testamentary instruments by me made.
<br />I order and direct that my Executrix shall pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as
<br />soon after rry decease as conveniently may be.
<br />1. After the payment of such debts and expenses, I give, devise and bequeath unto my belove
<br />wife, Catharine Rickard, for and during the term of her natural life, all of the rest, resid
<br />and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, of every kind. and nature and wheresoever
<br />situated.
