Soot t <br />County Judge in and for <br />Hamilton County,Nebraska. <br />LAST WILL AND TESTAIMENT. <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: - <br />That I, Sarah Maggie Savage of the City of Aurora, in the County of Hamilton and State of <br />Nebraska, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and realizing the uncertainty of this <br />mortal life, do for the purpose of disposing of all the property of which I may die seized, <br />hereby make, ordain, declare and publish this my Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke al <br />former Wills by me made. <br />FIRST. I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named pay all my just debts, funeral <br />expenses, and the cost of administering my estate, as soon after my death as conveniently may <br />be, and that recourse be first had for that purpose to my personal estate. <br />i <br />SECOND. After the payment of my just debts, expenses and costs as aforesaid, I give, devise ar <br />bequeath unto my beloved daughters Viz : - J.Mildred Savage, Claire Savage,Frances Marguerite <br />Savage and Loyola Rosetta Savage, all and singular the property, both real and personal of <br />whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situated, of which I Xnay die seized, in absolute <br />title, share and share alike as tenants in common, subject however to the payment to Lizzie <br />Kerr an annuity in the sum of Fifty Dollars per year, said sum to be paid to said Lizzie Kerr <br />in two equal semiannual,Viz :- Twenty Five Dollars on the 18th day of March and Twenty Ftv e <br />Dollars on the 18th day of August, said sums to be paid as aforesaid each and every year duri <br />the life time of the said Lizzie Kerr. <br />.THIRD. I give to my beloved son James Arthur Savage nothing for the good and sufficient reason, <br />that during his life time he has had advanced to him from my estate much more than his distri <br />utive share thereof, and in the justice to the other children he outh not to receive more. <br />FOURTH.
