<br />FINAL DECREE
<br />NOW, on this 9th day of July, 1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Edward F.Hannon, administrator of said estate, and the Court having examined said report and
<br />the records and files in said estate, and being duly advised in the premises, finds that due
<br />and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and pla.cs
<br />fixed for a hearing upon said final report, as heretofore ordered by the court, and no one
<br />appearing to object thereto, and the Court having examined the same, together with all vouches
<br />and papers on file, and the testimony in support thereof, and being advised in -the premises,
<br />finds that
<br />the
<br />said report is
<br />true and
<br />correct in all things and ought to be approved and
<br />allowed as
<br />and
<br />for the final
<br />report of
<br />said administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Margaret Agnes Stack departed this -life at her residenc
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, on the 8th day of September, 1930, and at the time of her death was
<br />a resident and inhabitant of said County.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 24th day of September,1930, John D:Stack filed in this
<br />court his duly verified petition, praying that letters testamentary issue to Thomas H.Connorl

<br />or some other suitable person; that the court thereupon fixed the 16th day of October, 1930, d
<br />the date for a hearing on said petition, and that due notice of the filing of said petition
<br />and of the time and place fixed for the hearing thereon was given by the court in the manner
<br />provided by law, and on said date of the 16th day of October, 1930, letters testamentary
<br />were issued to Edward F.Hannon and he thereupon duly qualified as such.
<br />The court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed for filing claims against the said estate and that all claims filed have been
<br />paid and satisfied by said administrator, and that the time fixed for filing all claims has
<br />fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate and not filed herein, if
<br />any such there be, are forever barred and precluded from setting up or asserting any such
<br />claims against said estate.
<br />The court further finds that the said Margaret Agnes Stack, deceased, was seized as the owner
<br />in fee simple title of the following described real estate, to -wit.
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW-41) of the Northwest Quarter (NW�) and an undivided two - thirds in-
<br />terest in the North Half (N-fl) of the Northwest Quarter (NW�), and an undivided two- thirds
<br />interest in the Southeast Quarter (SE-1) of the Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of Section Seven (7)
<br />Township,Ten North (10N),Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M.,Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The court further finds that the only heirs at law of the said deceased were John D.Stack,huk
<br />John Leo Stack, a son, Francis Clement Stack, a son, and James Thomas Stack, a son, and that
<br />said parties were the only heirs at law of the said deceased; that at the time of the death
<br />of the said deceased, the real estate hereinbefore described was occupied by the said de-
<br />(band
