<br />ment of Agnes Geddes, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 5th
<br />day of August 1930, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly
<br />proved, probated and, allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal
<br />estate of said Agnes Geddes,deceased, and. the same was ordered to be recorded in the
<br />records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS 17HEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court
<br />this 5th Jay of August 1930.

<br />legatee and devisee thereof, and that upon payment of the amount in her hands for distributiolt
<br />to the said Anna G.Evans, the said Executrix be discharged from her said trust.

<br />NOW on this 8th day of September,1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the final.report
<br />of Paul C.Huston, administrator of the Estate of Mary J.Pence, deceased, and upon his petstion for the approval and allowance of said report, the settlement of said estate and his
<br />discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein and being fully,;
<br />advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of i
<br />the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said report and petition and no one appearing
<br />to object to the same, and the Court having examined said report, together with the vouchers,,
<br />on file, finds that said report is true and correct in all things, and that said report
<br />ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said administrator, said
<br />estate settled and closed and said administrator discharged.
