<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.

<br />Agnes Geddes, deceased.
<br />Now, on this 15th day of September, 1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />and petition for distribution of Anna G.Evans, Executrix under the last will and testament of
<br />i
<br />Agnes Geddes, deceased, and the evidence duly introduced, the Court being fully advised in the
<br />premises, finds that the said final report is true and correct and should be allowed as,arid
<br />I
<br />for the valid final report of the said Executrix, that the said Executrix has on hand for dis -1
<br />j
<br />tribution the sum of $1493.45, and that the following real estate belonging to the said estate
<br />remains undisposed of, to -wit: An undivided one -half interest in Lot Three (3), Block One Hunt
<br />dred Sixteen (116), Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island,^ Nebrahka, and its complement
<br />Fractional Lot Three (3) in Block One Hundred - Sixteen (116), Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the
<br />said city.
<br />The Court further finds that a time has heretofore been duly fixed by order of Court for the
<br />filing of claims against the said estate, that due notice thereof has been given to creditors
<br />by publication as required by law and order of this Court, and that said time has expired, tb a
<br />all claims filed herein have been paid, and all claims not filed have been, and the same are
<br />hereby, forever barred, that the said estate is not subject to inheritance tax, and that all
<br />debts and demands, including expenses of administration, have been paid in full.
<br />The Court further finds that -the said Agnes Geddes died testate on July 8, 1930, leaving a
<br />last will and testament which has been duly proved and allowed herein, and admitted to probate
<br />and that the following is a true and correct copy of the said last will and testament and the
<br />certificate of probate thereof:
<br />'II, Agnes Geddes, single, of Grand Island,Nebraska, being of sound mind and dis-
<br />po =ping memory, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner
<br />and form following, that is to say:
<br />FIRST. I direct that my just debts and. the expenses attending my burial, be first
<br />paid.
<br />SECOND. I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of the
<br />estate, both real and personal of which I shall die the owner, to my beloved sister,
<br />Anna G.Evans. It is not because I love my other sisters and b r.others less, that I
<br />bequeath all of my property to my sister, Anna G.Evans, but she is alone in the world,
<br />and I feel that she is entitled to all of my bounty.
<br />THIRD. I hereby revoke any and all former wills made by me.
<br />FOURTH. I nominate and appoint my said sister, Anna G.Evans, as executrix of this will,
<br />and request that she be not required. to furnish surety upon her official bond as such.

<br />We whose names are hereunto subscribed, do hereby certify that Agnes Geddes, the

<br />declared the same to be her last will and testament, and we, at her request, and in
<br />her presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as
<br />attesting witnesses.
