<br />The Court finds that the said. Administrator has paid a promissory note made by the James UcCavn,
<br />upon which the said Catherin McCarn was surety, and which was the primary obligation of the
<br />said James McCarn in the sum of $474.61, and that the payment thereof has exhausted the share
<br />of the said James McCarn in the personal property belonging to the said estate, and that said
<br />amount on hand should be distributed to the remaining heirs at law in the proportions following:-
<br />To Nettie McCarn,one- seventh,
<br />To Anna Holland son e- seventh;
<br />To Martha Downs, one - seventh,
<br />To Harry McCarn,one- seventh,
<br />To Louise Parker, one-fourteenth,
<br />To Hazel Parker I one- four t eenth,
<br />To Grover Harmon, one- fourteenth,
<br />To Marie Harmon, one- fourteenth,
<br />To Harvey Lawrence,one- seventh.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Catherin McCarn died seized of the following real estate,
<br />to- wit: - An undivided one -ninth interest in the West half of the southeast Quarter of Sectiot
<br />14 , Township lO,North of Range 9, West of the 6th P.M. In Hall County, Nebraska, and that the
<br />said real estate should be set over and assigned to her heirs at law in the proportions pro-
<br />vided by law.

<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORnSRED AND DECREED, That the said Final account of the said Administrator
<br />be approved and confirmed and that payment be made of the amount in his hands for distribution
<br />it
<br />to the persons thereto entitled, as hereinbefore set forth.
<br />It is further ordered that the real estate hereinbefore described be assigned and set over to,
<br />:
<br />the heirs at law in the following proportions:-
