Kirk <br />c � P <br />County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />In the matter of the estate <br />of FINAL DECREE <br />Ina Goehring, deceased Now, on this 4th day of August, 19311 this cause came on for <br />hearing upon the final report of the Grand Island Trust Company, of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />Executor of the last will and testament of Ina Goehring, deceased, and upon its petition for settle- <br />ment of said estate and the discharge of said Executor, and the Court, having examined said report <br />and records and filed in said estate and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due <br />and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and placo <br />fixed for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and no one <br />appearing to object to same, the Court examined the same together with all vouchers on file <br />and records and testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised in the premises, finds <br />that said report is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as <br />and for the final report of said Executor. <br />The Court further finds that the said Ina Goehring departed this life at her place of residence <br />in Hall County, Nebraska, on the 10th day of December,1930, and at the time of her death was <br />a resident and inhabitant of said County of Hall, and State of Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that on the 29th day of January, 1931, the Grand Island Trust Company99 <br />filed its petition praying for the allowance and probate of an instrument purporting to be the <br />last will and testament of Ina Goehring, deceased; the Court thereupon fixed the 24th day <br />Yebruary, 1931, as the date for making proof of said last will and testament, and due notice 6f the <br />filing of said petition, and the time and place fixed for hearing thereon was given by the Court <br />;i <br />in the manner provided by law, and on said date of February 24,1931, said instrument was duly;'; <br />proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this Court as and for the last will and testaments <br />of Ina Goehring, deceased, and letters testamentary were d�dy issued thereon to the Grand <br />Island Trust Company, Executor, as named in said last will and testament, and it duly _qualified <br />as such. <br />i <br />The Court further finds that Ina Goehring left her surviving, as her sole and only heirs at <br />law, her husband, Richard Goehring, Jr., and one child, Helen Goehring, age 17 years. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given yo all persons of the time <br />and place fixed by the Court for the filing of claims against said estate; that no claims <br />were so filed against said estate, that the time so fixed for filing claims has fully expired <br />an.d.,.thet all persons having claims against said estate, if any such there be, and not filed <br />herein, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against' <br />said estate. <br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax, that all bequest <br />of personal property have been paid and delivered as provided in the last will and testament <br />of Ina Goehring, deceased, that no personal property remains in the hands of the Executor, an� <br />that all costs and expenses of administration of said estate have been paid. <br />IT IS, THMEFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the Gya d <br />Island Trust Company, Executor of the last will and testament of Ina Goehring, deceased, be, <br />and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for its final report, and said estate is 1i <br />I, <br />hereby settled and closed, and said Executor discharged and its bond as such is hereby relea led. <br />
