<br />LAST MILL AND TESTAMENT OF INA GOEHRING.
<br />I, Ina Goehring, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing
<br />memory, do make and publish this, my Last Will and Testament in the manner and form following:
<br />FIRST, I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial be first paid
<br />SECOND, I give, devise and bequeath unto my husband, Richard Goehring Jr. , all of my property,
<br />both real and personal, and wheresoever situated, and whether now held by me or hereafter
<br />acquired, to have the same absolutely; or, in the event that he should die prior to the time
<br />of my decease, then in that event, I give, devise and bequeath, all of my property, both real
<br />and personal, and whether now held by me or hereafter acquired to my daughter, Helen Goehring,
<br />to have the same absolutely.
<br />THIRD, I nominate and appoint, the Grand Island Trust Company of Grand -Leland, Nebraska, as
<br />Executor of this Will.
<br />I hereoy revoke any and all former Wills and Testamentary instruments made by me.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 14th day of June, A. D. 1927.
