<br />`he left a last will and testament which was, on March 19, 1928, duly proven, allowed, and ad-
<br />mitted to probate in the Superior Court of the state of California in and for the said county
<br />of Los Angeles, said court being the original court of probate in and for said county; that a
<br />duly certified copy of the said. last will and testament, with certificate of probate thereof,
<br />was thereafter duly filed in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and. the said last will
<br />and testament duly admitted to probate in Hall County, Nebraska, on May 22, 1925, and that the
<br />following is a true and correct copy of the said last will and testament and of the certificate;
<br />of probate thereof:
<br />"IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN I, FREDERICK M.HOLLISTER being of sound mind and memory,but.knowing
<br />the uncertainty of human life, do now make and publish this my last will and testament that isli
<br />to say: I will all my Estate both real and personal to my wife Anna Hollister and my son Wil-
<br />�liam F.Hollister, share and share alike.
<br />William F.Hollister now a minor not to come unto his share until 29 years old.

<br />real estate hereinbefore described be assigned and set over unto the said Anna Hollister and
<br />William F.Hollister,share and share alike, according to the terms of the said last will and
<br />testament, the said. 'William F.Hollister not to come unto his share until twenty -eight years
<br />old.
