<br />(notice of the filing of said report and petition for distribution has been given by publication

<br />(The Court further finds that the said final report is true and correct in all respects and that
<br />the said Administratrix has therein accounted for all of theassets of said estate and that said
<br />account should be allowed and approved as and for the valid final account of the said Administr
<br />trix, and that all her acts and d.d.ings herein should be approved and confirmed.

<br />The Court further finds that on May 22,1928, an order was duly made herein requiring creditors j
<br />t file their claims against said. estate on or before September 26, 1925, and that due notice
<br />(thereof was given by publication as required by law and the order of the Court, that the time
<br />�so fixed for filing claims has expired, and all claims against the said estate, not so filed,
<br />have been forever barred and excluded; that all claims filed against the estate have been fully
<br />i
<br />paid, and that all allowances, taxes, inheritance taxes, expenses of administration, and other;
<br />i
<br />(charges against the said estate, have been paid in full; that of the personal property belongir
<br />!to said estate there remains for distribution the sum of $126.06 in cash, and certain promissox
<br />i
<br />;notes described in said final account which are of no present value.
<br />;The Court further finds that of the real estate belonging to said estate there remains und.is-

<br />the northeast quarter of Section 22, all in Township 25 North, Range 50 West, and the northwest
<br />quarter of Section 23, in Township 26 North,Range 50 West, all in Box Butte County,Nebraska:
<br />An undivided one-half of Lot 4 in Block 2, in Brett & Johnson's Addition-to the Village of
<br />Wood River, in Hall County,Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one -third of Lots 10, 11, and 12, in Block 22, in the Village of Wood River,Hall
<br />IlCounty,Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one -half of Lots 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, and 31, in Foster's Subdivision of a part
<br />of Woodlawn Subdivision of a part of Section 24, in Township 10- North, Range 12 West, in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, subject to a written contract of sale to John Edward Harper and Hester M.
<br />Harper;
<br />The north half of the northwest quarter of Section 24, in Township 10 North, Range 12 West of
<br />the 6th P -M.,in Hall County,Nebraska;
<br />Part of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 24, in Township 10 North,
<br />f, Range 12 West, in Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows: Beginning at the northwest
<br />corner of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of said Section 24, and running thenc

<br />conveyed to John M.Tyrrell by warranty deed recorded in Book 29 of Deeds at page 139 of the

<br />the northeast quarter of said Section 24, running thence west 1290 feet to the southwest corner
<br />of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of said Section 24; thence north, along the
<br />center line of said section, 170 feet; thence east to the east bank of Wood River; thence
<br />southerly, along said east bank, to the place of beginning, and containing 5 acres, a little
<br />more or less; also the north half of the southeast quarter and the south_.h�1.f of the northeast
<br />quarter of said Section 24, except a tract of 4.11 acres in extent,conveyed by Mary T.Francis
<br />and husband to Frederick Oswald on April 21, 1898, and excepting a tract of about one acre in

<br />north of the old Military Road and. east of said tract of 4.11 acres ab^ve described, conveyed
<br />to the said Frederick Oswald, and excepting Wood Lawn Subdivision of a part of the northeast
<br />quarter of the southeast quarter and the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of said
<br />Section 24;
<br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, in said Wood Lawn Subdivision, to mood River, in Hall County,Nebra ka,
<br />as surveyed, platted, and recorded, and containing 30 acres, a little more or less. II
<br />The Court further finds that the said Frederick M.Hollister departed this life on February 1,
<br />1929, being a resident and inhabitant of Los Angeles County, in the state of California; that
