<br />The court finds that under the proivisions of the law of descent of real estate in the State o
<br />Nebraska, said real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Lena Weinrich intest
<br />in the manner following:
<br />,-fo Nickolaus Weinrich, her husband, one third part thereof;
<br />To George M.Weinrich, her son, two- fifteenths thereof;
<br />To Albert N.Weinrich, her son, two - fifteenths thereof;
<br />To Walter J.Weinrich, her son, two - fifteenths thereof;
<br />To Arthur Weinrich, her son, two- fifteenths thereof, and
<br />To Robert Weinrich, her son, two - fifteenths thereof;
<br />It is therefore Considered and adjudged by the court that all of the above mentioned and des-
<br />cribed real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Lena Weinrich as follows:
<br />One third thereof to Nickolaus Weinrich, her husband, and two - thirds thereof to the said
<br />George M.Weinrich, Albert N.Weinrich, Walter J.Weinrich, Arthur Weinrich and Robert Weinrich,
<br />in equal shares, an undivided two - fifteenths thereof to each and the court accordingly awards
<br />it to them.
<br />The court finds that due notice was given by publication to all creditors of the time limitedf
<br />and place appointed for filing claims against said estate and that the time so allowed has
<br />fully expired, and that all claims outstanding against said estate not so filed, if any such
<br />there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded. f
<br />It is therefore considered that all persons are forever barred and precluded from filing or
<br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Lena Weinrich,deceased.
