<br />LENA WEINRICH, DECEASED.
<br />11 , Now on this 11th day of August, 1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Nickolaus Weinrich, Administrator, of the estate of Lena-Weinrich, deceased, it appearing to
<br />the satisfaction of the court, from the proof now on file, that notice of the filing of said
<br />report and of the time fixed for final settlement of said estate, has been given to all persol
<br />interested therein by publication of such notice three successive weeks in the Grand Island
<br />i
<br />Independent, a daily newspaper published and circulating in Hall County, Nebraska, said notice
<br />running in the Tuesday issue of said paper each week. On examination thereof the court finds
<br />Ithat said report is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed; that said Administrator
<br />has accounted for all of the said estate coming into his hands or under his contr6l.
<br />The court finds that the funds invested in shares in the Eqitable Building and Loan Associat.
<br />ion in the sum of $4599.601 as listed in the Inventory filed should be distributed as follows
<br />To Nickolaus Weinrich, surviving husband, one third thereof or $1529.53; To George M.Weinrich
<br />Albert N.Weinrich, Walter J.Teinrich Arthur Weinrich and Robert Weinrich, her stns, two third
<br />thereof, of $3059.06, being $611.91 to each of said sons.
<br />�j It is therefore considered that the report of said administrator be and the same hereby is ap;

<br />and allowed as and for his final account and that upon his filing in this office the receipts
<br />f
<br />of said heirs for theirrespective shares of the personal estate as set out above he be dis-
<br />charged of his trust and hi bond released.
<br />The court finds that the said Lena Weinrich departed this life on the 19th day of November,
<br />1924; that she died in #esta a and that she left surviving her as her heirs at law and her onl
<br />j; heirs at law, the following -named persons: Nickolaus Weinrich, her husband, and George M.Wein
<br />rich, Albert N.Weinrich, Walter J.Weinrich, Arthur Weinrich and Robert Weinrich, her stuns, ani
<br />that she was at the time of her death the owner of the following described real estate situat
