<br />In the matter of the estate of

<br />Alexander Graham, deceased.
<br />Now, on this 4th day of August, '1931,

<br />FINAL DECREE
<br />the foregoing matter came on further to be heard upon that
<br />;final report -of Amelia Graham, Administratrix de bonis non of the estate of Alexander Graham,
<br />;deceased, sometimes known as Alexander Graham,Jr., and the Court being fully advised in the
<br />;premises, finds that due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing has been given
<br />Eby publication as provided by law and as required by order of Court, that the said final account
<br />i
<br />is true and correct and should be approved; that all personal property belonging to the said
<br />estate has been distributed to the heirs at law of the said Alexander Graham, hereinafter named,
<br />'land that they have duly acknowledged the receipt thereof; that all debts, claims and expenses of
<br />,administration have been paid in full, and all claims not filed have been duly barred, and that
<br />?there remains no personal property of any kind or character belonging to the said estate for
<br />distribution; that bf the real estate belonging to said estate there remains for distribution
<br />ty .

<br />Lot Number One (1) and the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section
<br />Four (4) in Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West sometimes known as the -
<br />east half of the northeast quarter of said section, 79.94 acres; i
<br />The southeast quarter df the northwest quarter and the northwest quarter of the
<br />northeast quarter of Section Eleven (11), in Township Dine (9) North, Range Ten
<br />(10) West, 80 acres;
<br />`i The west half of the southeast quarter and the southwest quarter of the northeast
<br />it
<br />;i quarter and the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section Two (2),in y
<br />Township Nine (9),Range Ten (10) West - 160 acres;

<br />+ all said land being in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Alexander Graham left surviving him the following personal
<br />- i
<br />as his only heirs at law: Otillie Graham, his widow, now deceased; Amelia E.Graham, a daughter»
<br />of Grand Island,Nebraska; Alexander A.Graham, a_son, of Doniphan, Nebraska; George D.Graham, a
<br />i
<br />} son, of Doniphan, Nebraska; John B.Graham, a Sant of Doniphan, Nebraska, and that the real es-
<br />tate hereinbefore described should be set over and assigned to the said heirs at law of the
<br />said Alexander Graham,deceased.
<br />IT IB,THLREFORE, ORDERED AND DECREED that the final account of the said Amelia Graham, Adminis --

<br />tratrix de bonis non, be, and the same is hereby approved and confirmed and the said Adminis-
<br />s
<br />tratrix is discharged from her trust; that the real estate hereinbefore described be set over
<br />j and assigned to the said heirs at law in the following proportions:
<br />To Otillie Graham, an undivided one - third;
<br />!� To Amelia E.Graham, an undivided one - sixth;
<br />!� 'To Alexander A.Graham, an undivided one sixth
