<br />The court further finds that said Daniel Smeaton died seised as the owner, by fee simple title,
<br />of the following described estate to -wit:
<br />Lot Fourteen (14), in Section Thirty -one (31), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) Rest of
<br />the 6th P.M. Hall Oounty, Nebraska; �ts Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Sic (6), Seven (7), Nine (9), and Ten (10)pin Section Six
<br />(-•6),Township Nine (9), North, Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lots Seven (7), Eight (S), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15 ), and Sixteen (16), in
<br />Section One (1), Township Nine (9), North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M. Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that by virtue of the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska, said
<br />real estate did descend and pass at his death in the manner following: To George Smeaton, Rub
<br />Smeaton, Arthur Smeaton, Howard Smeaton, Theodore Smeaton, Olive Luebs and Ruth Skaats, each
<br />undivided one - seventh part thereof in common.
<br />IT IS, THER-EFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of.said
<br />George Smeaton and Theodore Smeaton, Administrators of the estate of Daniel Smeaton, deceased,
<br />be, and the same hereby is, in all things, approved and allowed as and for the final report of
<br />said Administrators, and said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Administrators dis-
<br />charged.
<br />IT IS.FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting up ox
<br />asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the above mentioned and I�
