<br />I, John Kearney, of York, in the County of York,,LState of Nebraska,,Lbeing of sound mind, and
<br />memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make,
<br />ordain,publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND T FSTAMENT.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath unto
<br />Mary Francis Kearney,Twelve Hundred Dollars, ($1200.)
<br />THIRD: I give devise and bequeath unto, George T.Kearney, Frank Kearney,Mary Frances Kearney,
<br />;Margaret J.Durbin, and Anna Feeney, each one fifth of any balance of my estate and hereby
<br />direct that my executor shall dispose of all of my property and divide the proceeds as hereto-
<br />fore stated.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint my son, Frank Kearney, to be Executor of this my last
<br />Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
