<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that Christine Blaise, wife of said Henry Blaise, deceased, pre- deceas
<br />im and died on the 80 day of January, 1929•
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that said executor has reduced all personal property to money, that he
<br />has sold all real estate under the power given him in said will to sell and convey said real
<br />estate, execute deed and give good title, and that said executor has done all and sundry acts i
<br />required by law, and that as soon as he files receipts of said legatees that this estate be „)
<br />closed, and that he be discharged from further acting. �!
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that no inheritance taxes are due the State of Nebraska, or estate
<br />taxes due the United States and that all costs,fees and expenses herein have been paid.
