Kirk County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby <br />Hall County <br />certify that I have compared the foregoing copy of LAST WILL AND <br />TESTAMENT, CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE THERETO AND FINAL DECREE IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF <br />RICHARD WIESNER, DECEASED, with the, .original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, tha# <br />the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said; <br />Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has <br />no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian <br />of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due <br />form of law. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court,at <br />Grand Island, this 14th day of July 1931. <br />( SEAL) Paul N. Alice Taylor appeared in person and by J.H.Mullin,her attorney. <br />It appearing from the records and files in said matter that notice of the time and place fixed <br />for the hearing on said petiti on has been given by publication of such notice for three suc- <br />cessive weeks in the GRAND ISLAND IN DEPENDENT, a legal newspaper published and circulating in <br />Hall county,Nebraska, as by order of said court heretofore made and entered, whereupon Alice <br />Taylor was sworn and testified. On consideration of the evidence the court finds that the <br />said Samuel N.Taylor departed this life intestate on the 23rd day of May,1929, that said <br />Samuel N.Taylor was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall county, state <br />of Nebraska and died seised of an estate of inheritance in Lot Four (4) in Block One hundred <br />Thirty Two (132) in Koenig & Rebels Addition to the city of Grand Island in said county and <br />state; that more than two years have elapsed since the date of the death of said Samuel N. <br />Taylor, and no application for the appointment of an administrator of his estate has been made' <br />in this state by any heirs or persons claiming to be creditors of said deceased. <br />That said premises constituted the Homestead of said deceased. <br />That Alice Taylor of Grand Island, Nebraska, is the widow of said Samuel N.Taylor, deceased, <br />and that Franklin S.Taylor of Hastings, Nebraska, is a son and only child of said decedent and; <br />is entitled to share in his estate, said Alice Taylor and said Franklin S.Taylor each taking <br />an undivided one half interest therein. <br />IT IS THERVEFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED,by the court, that said premises did pass and descend <br />at the death of the said Samuel N.Taylor in the manner following: <br />To Alice Taylor his widow,one half interest therein with right of homestead; <br />To Franklin S.Taylor, his son, one half interest therein, subject to the homestead estate of <br />y Judge. <br />
