373 <br />NJ., GALL M <br />exhibited by the said Executrix is correct in all things and should be approved and allowed, <br />and it appearing that said Executrix has accounted for all the estate which has come into her <br />hands. <br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said Alvina Wiesner, <br />Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of the said Richard Wiesner, deceased, be and the <br />same is approved as and for her final report. <br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner ' <br />provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against said estate; that <br />the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed again' <br />at said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses of said deceased!. <br />and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all outstanding clams <br />against said estate, not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barred !j <br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the Estate of the said Richard Wiesnei, <br />deceased, and that said Estate to fully settled and closed. <br />s <br />The Court further finds that said Executrix has received in cash from all sources the sum of <br />$151.73; that she has expended in cash in payment of bills filed against the estate and expen#- <br />es and costs incident in the closing of the estate, including funeral expenses and medical <br />expenses, the sum of $799.30 and that all the cash which has come into the hands of said <br />I <br />Executrix has been expended; that said Executrix has paid out the sum of $654.57 more than j <br />i <br />received from said Estate but for which amount the Executrix is making no claim against the ;( <br />Estate <br />The Court further finds that said Estate was not subject to either federal or state inheritance <br />tax• ' that the court costs and expenses of administration have been paid. <br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the payments made by said <br />Executrix as in her report shown are approved and allowed. <br />The Court further finds that the said Richard Wiesner departed this life at his home in hall' <br />County, Nebraska, on the 20th day of May,1930, leaving a Last Will and Testament which was <br />admitted to probate on July g" 1930. <br />i� <br />The Court further finds that the said Richard Wiesner died seized as the owner in fee simple <br />of the following described real estate, to -wit: A piece or parcel of land commencing at the <br />South - Westerly corner of Lot Five (5) in Block Ninety -Three (93) in the Original Town, now <br />city of Grand Island, Nebraska; thence running from said corner in a Northerly direction al <br />on the Westerly boundary line of said lot for a distance of Forty -Four (44) feet, thence <br />turning a right angle in an Easterly direction, parrallel with the Southerly boundary line <br />of Lots Five (.5) and Six (6) in .said Block Ninety -three (93) for a distance of 120 feet, <br />thence turning a right angle in a Southerly direction and parallel with the Westerly boundar <br />line of said Lot Five (5) for a distance of Forty -four (44) feet, and thence turning a right i <br />angle in a Westerly direction along on the Southerly boundary line of said Lots Five and Six <br />(5 & 6) for a distance of 120 feet to the place of beginning. <br />That by the provisions of the Last Will and Testament of said Richard Wiesner, deceased, the <br />above described real estate was devised to his wife, Alvina Wiesner, absolutely in fee simpl <br />IT IS, THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provis- <br />ions of the Last Will and Testament of the said Richard Wiesner, deceased, all of the above <br />described real estate did pass and descend at his death unto his wife, Alvina Wiesner, in <br />fee simple. <br />Paul N rk <br />Oounty judge <br />
