<br />1IT_IS) THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE VOURT that the final report of the said
<br />Ada J.Dority, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Nathaniel P.Diekinson, deceased, be
<br />and the same hereby is, in all things, approved and allowed as and for the final report of said
<br />lExecutrix, said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Executrix discharged.
<br />SIT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of said deceased, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded
<br />from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that pursuant to the terms and provisi
<br />of the Last Will and Testament of the said Nathaniel P.Dickinson, deceased, said estate, herei
<br />before described, consisting of both real and personal property, did pass and descend at the
<br />death of said deceased in the manner hereinbefore found by the Court, and distribution thereof
<br />is hereby accordingly made.

<br />made a part of the foregoing Final Decree.
<br />further consideration of the proceedings herein, and the records and files, including the
<br />(Last Will and Testament of Nathaniel P.Dickinson, Deceased, the Court further finds that under
<br />the terms and provisions of said Will as provided by the Fifth Paragraph therein said Ada J.
<br />Dority, daughter of said deceased and mother of Verle D.Dority, Gerald Wayne Dority. and Wi
<br />Leland Dority, is to be allowed a maintenance for and during the balance of her natural life
<br />after the said Verle D.Dority, Gerald Wayne Dority and Willard Leland Dority shall come into
<br />full possession of said real estate described in the Second and Third Paragraphs of said Will,
<br />and the Court reserves jurisdiction and the right to determine the amount of said maintenance
<br />to be allowed the said Ada J.Dority.
