<br />INOW on this 14th day of July, 1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of

<br />Ada J.Dority, Executrix of the Last Will" and Testament of Nathaniel P.Dickinson, Deceased, and';

<br />upon her petition for the approval and allowance of said report, and the Court having examined)
<br />- I
<br />;the records and files herein, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal
<br />i
<br />notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed for hearing said report and
<br />i
<br />petition, and no one appearing to object to said report, and the Court having examined same,
<br />!together with the vouchers on file, finds that said report is true and correct in all things,
<br />s
<br />and that said report ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Execu-
<br />trix., said estate settled and closed and said Executrix discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased, and that
<br />all persons having claims against said estate, not now filed and within the time fixed by th;e
<br />Court, -if any such there be, are forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asset
<br />ing any such claims against said estate.
