<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA,

<br />of ) FINAL DECREE.
<br />�lArthur G.Graham, Deceased.
<br />Now, on this 14th day of July, 1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Minnie Lee Graham, Administratrix of the estate of Arthur G.Graham, deceased, and the Court,
<br />having examined the records and files and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due
<br />and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place
<br />fixed for hearing upon said report, as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />The Court, having examined said report, together with all otherfiles and vouchers, and the
<br />testimony offered in support thereof, finds that said report is true and correct and ought to
<br />be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said Administratrix.

<br />The Court further finds that said Arthur G.Graham departed this life at his home in Hall Count,
<br />Nebraska, on the 10th day of September, 1930, and at the time of his death was a resident and
<br />inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that said Arthur G.Graham died intestate, and left surviving him, as
<br />i
<br />his sole and only heirs at-laws Minnie Lee Graham, widow, and June Graham, daughter.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 20th day of September, 1930, Minnie Lee Graham filed a
<br />petition praying for the appointment of an administratrix and due notice thereof was given, as
<br />i
<br />by law provided, and on October 14, 19301 the date theretofore fixed by the Court, the said
<br />Minnie Lee Graham was appointed administratrix, and qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that said Arthur G.Graham died seized of the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit: Lot Five (5) in Block Thirteen (13) in Kernohan & Decker's Addition to the
<br />city of Grand.Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted, and recorded. i
<br />The Court further finds that the personal property was not sufficient to pay the debts of saidl !
<br />estate and that the same have been paid by Minnie Lee Graham, as evidenced by the receipts and
<br />vouchers on file, and that the household furniture and personal effects have been delivered to
<br />i
<br />Minnie Lee Graham,widow.

<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed for filing claims against said estate and that such time has fully expired, and a111�1
<br />persons raving claims against said estate, of Arthur G.Graham, deceased, if any such there be,j�
<br />i
<br />and not filed herein, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such cl,ims
<br />against said estate.

<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to an inheritance tax.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of Minnie Lee Graham,
<br />Administratrix of the estate of Arthur G.Graham, deceased, be, and the same is hereby approved
<br />and allowed as and for her final report, and said Administratrix is hereby discharged• her
<br />bond released, and said estate is hereby settled and,closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate described as
<br />follows: Lot 5 in -Block 13 in Kernohan & Decker's Addition to the city of Grand Island, in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted, and recorded, did pass and descend, under the la s
<br />of descent of the state of Nebraska, at the death of the said Arthur G. Graham, deceased, to his
<br />sole and only heirs at law, an undivided one -half interest to Minnie Lee Graham, widow, and ar
<br />undivided one -half interest to June Graham, daughter, in fee simple.
