<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />,against said estate, if any such there be, and not filed herein, are forever barred and excludId
<br />,from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax.
<br />The Court further finds that all property has been distributed in accordance with the terms of;;

<br />the last will and testament of said deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that said John A.Shaughnessy died seized of the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit: Lot Eight (S) in Block Sixty -three (63) in Wheeler & Bennett's Addition to the
<br />city of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, and that the same passed and descended, under
<br />and by virtue of the last will and testament of said deceased, to Lois L.Shaughnessy, subject '

<br />to the life estate of Cecelia Shaughnessy.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said }
<br />"Cecelia Shaughnessy, Executrix of the last will and testament of said John A.Shaughnessy, de-
<br />ceased, be, and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final report, and said
<br />estate is hereby settled and closed and said Executrix discharged and her bond as such is hereby
<br />released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under- and by virtue of the last `
<br />will and•testament of said John A.Shaughnessy; deceased, the absolute title of the following
<br />described real estate; Lot-9 in Block 63 in Wheeler & Bennett's Addition to the city of Grand
<br />Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, passed and descended to Lois L.Shaughnessy, subject to the
<br />life estate of Cecelia Shaughnessy.
