<br />Now, on this 14th day of July, 19311 this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Cecelia Shaughnessy, Executrix of the last will and testament of John A.Shaughnessy, deceased,l
<br />and upon her petition for a settlement of said estate and her discharge herein, and the Court,
<br />having examined said report and the records and files in said estate, and being duly advised
<br />i
<br />in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in
<br />said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore I,
<br />ordered by the Court, and no one appearing to object to said final report, the Court examined III
<br />the same, together with the vouchers on file and the testimony in support thereof, and being

<br />duly advised in the premises, finds that said report is true and correct and ought to be approl

<br />and allowed as and for the final report of said Executrix.
<br />The Court further finds that said John A.Shaughnessy departed this life on January 12, 1931,

<br />and at the time of his death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 19th day of January, 1931, the said Cecelia Shaughnessy 1
<br />filed in this Court her duly verified petition praying for the allowance and probate of an in -lj
<br />strument purporting to be the last will and testament of said John A.Shaughnessy,deceased, the,

<br />Court thereupon set February 10, 1931, as the date for making proof of said last will and test
<br />went and due and legal notice of the filing of said petition and the time and place fixed for j
<br />hearing thereon was given by the Court in the manner provided by law, and on said date of Feb
<br />i
<br />ary 10, 1931,said instrument was duly proven, and allowed and admitted to probate in this Cour�h
<br />as and for the last will and testament of John A.Shaughnessy, deceased, and letters testament
<br />were duly issued thereon to Cecelia Shaughnessy Executrix as named in said last will and test
<br />went, and she thereupon duly qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to 411 persons of the time 1
