362 <br />n, <br />WILL AND DECREE �! <br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ROBERT SoMaLLEN <br />In the name of God, Amen; I ROBERT McMULLIN,of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska, being <br />mindful of the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound_ and disposing mind and memory) <br />do make and publish this YY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, in manner and form following; That is to <br />say; <br />ITEM FIRST. <br />:I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, MARY M6UULLEN all the estate of which_I may die <br />seized be the same real, personal or mixed and wherever situate, and of whatever name and des <br />cription; to have and to hold to herself and to her heirs and assigns forever. <br />ITEM SECOND. <br />I am not unmindful of my children but think my wife should be first considered should she sur- <br />vive me. <br />ITEM THIRD. <br />I hereby appoint my said beloved wife MARY McMULLEN, sole Executrix of this My Last Will and <br />Testament, hereby revoking any and all former WILLS by me made and I direct that no bond or <br />other security shall be required by the Court in which my said Will shall be proven and my <br />-' estate settled; I hereby waive the giving of any such bond or security by her. <br />Witness my hand this 23, day of February, 1929• <br />Witnesses Robert McMullen <br />L.F.Frazell. <br />H.
