<br />E.Gertrude Younkin,.widow of said deceased, residing at Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Edythe M.Fredrickson, married daughter, of St. Joseph,Missouri.
<br />Thoel M.Younkin, A married son of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that the said Edward F.Younkin died siezed as the owner in fee simple of the
<br />following described real estate to -wit:
<br />Lots 6 and 7 in Block 27 in Russell Wheelers Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that under the law of descent in the State of Nebraska, the above described
<br />real estate would pass and descent at the death of the said Edward F.Younkin,deceased, in the
<br />following manner:
<br />To E.Gertrude Younkin, widow of said deceased an undivided one -third (1/3) interest therein.

<br />To each of the following children of said deceased, Edythe M.Fredrickson and Thoel M.Younkin,
<br />an undivided one -third (1/3) interest. Im and to lots 6 and 7, block 27, Russell Wheelers
<br />Addition in the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraskao subject,however, to the homestead
<br />rights of the said E.Gertrude Younkin. '
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that the said, above described)
