<br />Now on this 2nd day of July, 1930, this cause came on hearing in the finalreport of E.Gertrude
<br />Younkin, Administratrix of the estate of Edward F.Younkin, deceased and it Appeaking' to" :the Ca- t
<br />from the proofs on file that notice has been given to all parties interested as by law required
<br />for filing in said Court, and it further appearing to the Court after a full examination that
<br />the account exhibited by said administratrix is correct in all things and ought to be approved
<br />and allowed, and it further appearing that the said administratrix has accounted for all said!,
<br />estate which has come into her.hands.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the report of E.Gertrude Younkin, Adminis-
<br />tratrix of the estate of Edward F.Younkin, deceased, be and the same is approved as and for hor
<br />final report.

<br />The Court further advises that notice has been given to all creditors of said estate in the
<br />manner provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate oi"
<br />said deceased; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims
<br />allowed against said estate has been fully paid and satisfied; that funeral expenses of said
<br />deceased and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid; and that all out-
<br />standing claims against said estate not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and
<br />excluded.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED,AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever
<br />barred from filing or setting up any claim against the estate of said Edward F.Younkin and that
<br />said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court further finds that the said administratrix has paid out of her own personal funds
<br />expenses of the said estate of the said Edward F.Younkin, deceased, in the amount of_$300.00.`
<br />That there is now in the hands of said Administratrix the following personal property:
<br />One share of Y.M.C.A. Building Company stock, worth approximately $35.00, and one note, signed
<br />by N.W.Blackman, which is of very doubtful value in the amount of $200.00 and interest and said
<br />personal property is hereby assigned to and decreed to be the property of the said administra-
<br />trix E.Gertrude Younkin.
<br />The Court finds that said estate is not subject to any inheritance tax under the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that Edward F.Younkin, departed this life on the 15th'day of October,1929,
<br />while a resident of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska; that he died intestate} that the said.!
<br />Edward F.Younkin, deceased left surviving him as his heirs -in -law, and his only heirs- in -law,
