<br />The Court further finds that said deceased died the owner of an estate, situated in Hall Countyj„
<br />Nebraska, consisting of both real and personal property, said personal property being described
<br />jas paid, up stock in the Equitable Building and Loan Association, of Grand Island,Nebraska, of

<br />!the value of $5,000.00, and one share of Central Power Stock of the value of $100.00, and said
<br />real estate bing described as Fractional Lot Eight (8), in Block Seven (7)0 of H.G.Clark's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska,.and rgactional Lot Nine (9), in
<br />Block Eighteen (18), of Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Ne-
<br />i
<br />braska; that said deceased also died the owner of real estate situated in the State of Oregon,
<br />;described as Lot Ten (10), in Block Two Hundred sixty -nine (269), of Oregon'Valley Land Com-
<br />pa.ny's Addition to Lakeview,0regon, and the Northwest Quarter (N*) of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE *) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Thirty -six (36),Range Twenty -eight (28),East W.M.,
<br />which aforesaid described real estate is of little or no value.
<br />(The Court further finds that said Executrix has received from all sources the sum of $1300.00
<br />land $5,000.00 paid up stock in the Equitable Building and Loan Association, of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, and one share of Central Power Stock of the value of $100.00, and after the payment
<br />of funeral expenses of the deceased, attorney fees, costs of this proceeding, and other debts
<br />,and claims against said estate, she has assigned the balance to herself as the sole benefic-
<br />iary under the said Last Will and Testament of said deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased left surviving him as his heirs -at -law and only
<br />heirs -at -law, his widow, Rose Bishop, and the following named children, Harry S.Bishop, of
<br />Seattle, Washington, Cora B.Humphrey, of Grand Island,Nebraska, and Julius C.Bishop, of Poca-
<br />tello, Idaho, all of whom are over the age of twenty- one-years.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate, consisting of both real and personal property, as
<br />hereinbefore described, did pass and,descend at the death of said deceased, pursuant to the
<br />terms and provisions of said Last Will and Testament, to Rose Bishop in absolute -title as the
<br />sole and only beneficiary of said Will.
<br />The Court further finds that said Estate is not subject to the payment of any Inheritance Tax
<br />under the laws of the State of Nebraska, nor to any Federal Estate Tax under the laws of the
<br />United States.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the_finalieport of Rose Bish p,
<br />Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Charles H.Bishop, Deceased, be and the same is here,'

<br />by approved and allowed as and for her final report, and said estate is hereby settled and
<br />closed and said Executrix discharged, and laer bond as such is hereby released.

<br />IT IS FURTHER'ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims agains
<br />the estate of said deceased, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded

<br />from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. li

<br />IT 'IS FURTHER ORDERED, AJUDGED AND DECREED-BY THE COURT that the estate, consisting of both
<br />real and personal property, as hereinbefore described, did pass and descend at the death of
<br />said deceased as hereinbefore found by the Court, and distribution thereof is hereby accordinoy
