<br />I, J.H.Mullin, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />,17th day of June, 1926, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Charles:
<br />H.Bishop,deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 10th day of July 1926, said
<br />'instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and, testament of the real and personal estate of said Charles H.Bishop,deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid,
<br />IN WITNESS WHETREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal cif the County Court this
<br />10th day of July, 1926.

<br />;NOW on this 7th day of July,1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />,.Rose Bishop, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Charles H.Bishop,deceased, and upon j
<br />her petition for the approval and allowance of said report, and the Court having examined the
<br />records and files herein, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal
<br />i
<br />notice has been given to all persons of the time and place..f ixed for hearing upon said report
<br />;and petition, and no one appearing to object to said report, and the Court having examined sam4,
<br />>together with the vouchers on file, finds that said report is true and correct in all things,
<br />and that said report ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Exec*-
<br />?trix, said estate settled and closed and said Executrix discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />. place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased, and that all
<br />;;persons having claims against said estate, not now filed within the time fixed by the Court, it
<br />''any such there be, are forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any
<br />,such claims against said estate.
<br />;The Court further finds that the said Charles H.Bishop departed this life on the 13th day of
<br />June, 1926, and at the time of his death he was_a resident and inhabitant of Sall County, Ne-
<br />braska.
<br />THE COURT further finds that on the 17th day of June, 1926, Rose Bishop,widow of said deceased;
<br />filed in this Court her petition praying for the allowance and probate of an instrument purporting
<br />to be the last will and testament of Charles H.Bishop,deceased, and the Court thereupon fixed the
<br />10th day of July,19261 as the date for making proof of said Last Will and Testament, and due
<br />notice of the filing of said petition and of the time and place fixed for hearing thereon was
<br />given by the Court in the manner provided by law, and on said date, July 1Oth)19261 said in-
<br />strument wqs duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this Court as and for the Last
<br />Will and Testament of Charles H.Bishop,Deceased, and Letters Testamentary were duly issued
<br />thereon to Rose Bishop, Executrix, as named in said last will and testament, and ahe thereupon!
