<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CHARLES H.B_ISHOP
<br />IN THE'NAME OF GOD, AMEN.
<br />I, Charles H.Bishop, of Grand Island,Nebraska, being mindful of the undertainties of this
<br />mortal life, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this MY
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, in the manner and form following; that is to say:
<br />ITEM FIRST.
<br />I direct that the expenses of my last sickness and funeral and all of my just debts be first
<br />paid.
<br />ITEM SECOND.
<br />I.give, devise and bequeath• to my beloved wife, Rose Bishop, all the property of which I may
<br />die seized, be the same real, personal or mixed, of whatever name, nature or description, and
<br />wherever situate, to have and to hold the same to herself and to her heirs and assigns foreve
<br />ITEM THIRD.
<br />I hereby appoint my beloved wife, Rose Bishop, Executrix of this MY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT,
<br />hereby revoking any and all former wills by me made, and I direct that no bond or other ser
<br />curity: shall be required of her as such executrix by the Court in which this MY LAST WILL AND
<br />TESTAMENT may be proven and my estate settled. I hereby waiving the giving of any such bond oY
<br />security.
