<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF FINAL DECREE.
<br />OSCAR O.HOLLOWAY;:.DECEASED.:a
<br />NOW on this 7th day of July, 1931; this cause came on for hearing upon,the final report of Sarah
<br />J.Holloway, administratrix of the estate of Oscar O.Holloway, deceased, and upon her petition
<br />i
<br />for the approval and allowance of said report, the settlement of said estate and his discharge!
<br />".herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein, and being fully advised in�
<br />;the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed for hearing upon said report and petition, and no one appearing to object to said
<br />report, and the Court having examined said report, together with the vouchers on file, finds
<br />that said report, is true and correct in all things and that said report ought to be approved
<br />and allowed as and for the final report of said administratrix, said estate settled and closed,
<br />and said administratrix discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />;place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased, and that all
<br />Ipersons having claims against said estate, not now filed within the time fixed by the Court,
<br />if any such there be, are forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any
<br />such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Administratrix has received from all sources the sum of
<br />$90.00, and together with this amount, she has used her own money in payment of the funeral
<br />i
<br />expenses, Attorney fees, costs of this preceding and other debts against said estate, for
<br />which sum she makes no claim against said estate. _
<br />The Court further finds that said Oscar O.Holloway departed this life on the 28th day of March
<br />1913s being at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of the city of Grand Island, !`
<br />r
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, that he died intestate and left surviving him as his heirs and only
<br />heirs- at- law,Sarah J.Holloway, his widow, and Mabel G.Holloway, a daughter, his only child.
<br />The Court further finds that said Oscar O.Holloway died the owner in fee simple title of real
<br />estate situated in the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska, described as Lot Four (4)
<br />Block Eleven (11),H.G.Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska, whit,}
<br />the Court finds was the homestead of said deceased at the time of his death, and said real
<br />estate did pass and descend pursuant to the Statutes of Descent of the State of Nebraska, at
<br />the death of said deceased, in absolute title to Sarah J.Holloway, his widow, and to Mabel
<br />G.Holloway,,his daughter, in equal shares, subject however, to said widow's homestead right
<br />in and to said real estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to any Inheritance_ Tax under the Laws;
<br />of the State of Nebraska, nor to any Federal Estate Tax under the Laws of the United States.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED ANDIECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the saidA
<br />Sarah J.Holloway, Administratris of the Estate of Oscar O.Holloway, deceased, be and the same
<br />hereby is, in all things, approved and allowed as and for the final report of said administra -»
<br />tirx, said estate is hereby settled and closed and said administratriz discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of said deceased, if any such -there be, are forever barred, enjoined and
<br />excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
