<br />Lots One (1), Three (3) and Five (5) in Block Twenty -two (22) in College Addition to the City
<br />of grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lots tight (S), Nine (9), and Ten (10) in Block Fifteen (15) in Evans Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall - County, Nebraska,
<br />Lot Five (5) and the westerly sixteen feet of Lot Six (6), all in Block One hundred Fifteen
<br />(115), City of Columbus, Platte County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that all debts and costs of administration of said estate have been
<br />paid and that nothing further belonging to said estate remains in the hands of said Executrix.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Rose M.
<br />Scott, Executrix of the last will and testament of Arthur C.Seott, deceased, he, and the same
<br />Is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final report and said estate is hereby settled
<br />and closed and said Executrix discharged and her bond as such is hereby released, and that all
<br />claims against said estate, not filed herein, are fore ver_ba.rred and excluded.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDZRZD, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under and by virtue of said last
<br />will and testament of said Arthur C.Scott, deceased, the absolute_title_to the following
