<br />Is Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the 8th day of December 19301 the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of

<br />Arthur C.Scott, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 24th day of December
<br />1930, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and_
<br />allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Arthur C.Scott,
<br />deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of FINAL DECREE
<br />Arthur C.Scott, Deceased. Now, on this 7th day of July, 1931, this cause came on fog
<br />hearing upon the final report of Rose M.Scott, Executrix of the last will and testament of
<br />Arthur C.Scott, deceased, and upon her petition for a settlement of said estate and her discharge
<br />herein, and the Court, having examined said report and the records and files in said estate,
<br />and being duly advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all:!
<br />persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final
<br />report, as hereinbefcre ordered by the Court, and no one appearing to object to said final
<br />report, the Court examined the same, together with the vouchers on file and the testimony in
<br />support thereof, and being duly advised in the premises, the Court finds that said report is
<br />true and correct in all things and ought to be approved a4d allowed as and for the final repo t
<br />of said Executrix.
<br />The Court finds that said Arthur C.Seott departed this life on the 30th day of November,1930',
<br />and at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that
<br />on the 8th day of December,1930, Rose M.Scott filed in this 0 ourfa petition "praying for the
<br />allowance and probate of an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of said
<br />Arthur C.Seott, and the Court thereupon fixed the 24th day of December,1930, as the date for making
<br />proof of said last will and testament, and due notice of the filing of said petition and the
<br />time and place fixed for the hearing thereon was given by the Court in the manner and form
<br />provided by law; that on said date, December 24, 1930, said instrument was duly proven, allow«
<br />ed and admitted to probate in this Court as and for the last will and testament of said Arthu*
<br />C.Seott, deceased, and letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to Rose M.Seott, Executrix,
<br />as named in said last will and testament, and she thereupon duly qualified as such.
<br />The Court finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and placed
<br />fixed by the Court for the filing of claims against said estate; that all claims filed have
<br />been paid; that the time fixed for filing claims has fully expired, and that all persons having
<br />claims against said estate, if any such there be, and not filed herein, are forever barred an4
<br />excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Executrix has paid inheritance tax in the sum of $354.00 to
