<br />A.
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ARTHUR C.SCOTT.
<br />I, Arthur C.Scott, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do
<br />make and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and form following, that is
<br />to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial, be first paid.
<br />- SECOND.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of the estate, both real
<br />and personal, of which I shall die the owner,.to my beloved wife, Rose M.Scott. I make no
<br />provision for my children, Mary Scott, Elizabeth Scott, and Arthur C.Scott, Jr., having full
<br />confidence that my said wife, Rose M.Scott, will properly provide for them in the event of
<br />my death and can better provide for them by giving to her all that I shall possess at the
<br />time of my death.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I nominate and appoint my sA,id wife, Rose M.Scott, as Executrix of this will, and request tha
<br />she be not required to furnish surety upon her official bond as such.
