<br />Charles L.Gideon,Deceased.
<br />Now, on this 7th day of July,1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Esther F.Gideon, Administratrix of the estate of Charles L.Gideon, deceased, and her petition;
<br />for distribution of the assets of said estate, and upon the evidence duly introduced, the j
<br />Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds that the said report is true and correct in
<br />all respects, and that it should be allowed as the final report of the said Ester F.Gideon,
<br />`i
<br />Administratrix.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Administratrix has on hand the sum of $1063.39 in cash,
<br />and two Fourth Liberty Loan Bonds of the par value of $100.00 each, as shown by said report,
<br />and that of the real estate belonging to said estate there still retains undisposed of the
<br />east half of-the northwest quarter of Section g, in Township 9 North, Range 9 Pest of the 6w V,,
<br />P.M.,in Hall County, Nebraska; the south half of the northwest quarter of Section 17,in Town- 1
<br />ship 9 North, Range 9 Nest of the 6th P.M., the west half of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3, in Block.,
<br />1, Gideon's Addition to Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska; an undivided ine -third interest in
<br />and to the south half of the northwest quarter and the north half of the southwest quarter of
<br />i
<br />Section Min Township 9 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M The Court finds that the said
<br />west half of Lot 2 and all of Lot Sin Block 1,Gideon's Addition to Doniphan, constitute the
<br />home and homestead of the said Esther F.Gideon, and should be assigned to her as such for ands
<br />during her natural life.
<br />The Court finds that the said Charles L.Gideon left surviving him, as his only heirs at law, he
<br />said Esther F.Gideon, his widow, and Frances A.Gideon, a minor daughter of the age ofeighteeit
<br />,

<br />years, both being residents and inhabitants of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, and that the E
<br />ii fore -going real and personal property should be assigned and set over to the said heirs at
<br />law in equal shares, subject to the said homestead of the said Esther F.Gideon.

<br />:i The Court further finds that due notice has been given for the filing of claims against the
<br />said estate, and that all claims not filed have been duly barred,and that all claims, allowances,
<br />and indebtedness, of the said estate have been paid in full.'
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND DECREED that the final report and account of the said Esther F.1
<br />Gideon be duly approved and allowed as and for her final account herein, that she pay to
<br />Frances A.Gideon the sum of $531.69 and deliver to her one of the said Fourth Liberty Loan
<br />Bonds, and pay to the said Esther F.Gideon the sum of $531.69, and deliver to her one of the
<br />said Fourth Liberty Loan Bonds, and that upon complying with the said order, the said Esther } }
<br />Gideon be duly discharged from her trust, that a homestead interest in the west half of Lot 2
<br />and all of Lot 3, in Block 1,Gideonls Addition to Doniphan, Sall County, Nebraska, be, and th `same
<br />is hereby assigned to the said Esther F.Gideon, for and during her natural life, and that, II
<br />subjeDt to said homestead interest therein, the real estate hereinbefore described be set ove
<br />in equal undivided shares.
