<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA

<br />Oscar B.Waddington,deceased.
<br />Now, on this 23rd day of June, 1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Alvin Waddington, the administrator of the estate of Oscar B.Waddington,deceased, and upon hisj
<br />petition for a settlement of said estate and his discharge herein, and the Court, having exams *ed
<br />said report and the records and files in said estate, and being duly advised in the premises,
<br />finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the
<br />time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court, al
<br />no one appearing to object to said final report, the Court examined the same, together with th
<br />vouchers on file and the testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised in the premises,
<br />finds that said report is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed
<br />as and for the final report of said Administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that said Oscar B.Waddingt-on departed this life on the 16th day of
<br />November, 1930s in Hall County,Nebraska, and that on said date he was a resident and inhabitant
<br />f
<br />of Hall County,Nebraska; that said Oscar B.Waddington,deceased, left surviving him the followif
<br />I
<br />named heirs at law; Gertrude P.Waddington, surviving widow) Maude VanWinkle,Eva Bissell, Mary
<br />Waddington, daughters; Alvin Waddington, George Waddington, William Waddington,Earl Waddingtonf
<br />sons; and Oscar Waddington,grandson, he being a son of Samuel Waddington, who was a son of sail
<br />i
<br />Oscar B.Waddington,deceased, said Samuel Waddington,deceased, having departed this life prior
<br />to the death of the said Oscar B.Waddington,deceased. I
<br />The Court further finds that on the 24th day of November, 1930, Alvin Waddington and William
<br />Waddington, sons of said deceased, filed their petition in this court, praying for the adminis�
<br />I

<br />tration of said estate, and the Court thereupon fixed as the date for appointment of adminis-
<br />trator December 16,1930, and on said date appointed the said Alvin Waddington as administrator!
<br />and he duly qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time an�
<br />place fixed by the Court for the filing of claims against said estate, that all claims have
<br />been paid, and that all persons having claims against said estate, if any such there be, and
<br />not filed herein, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claimai
<br />against said estate.
<br />The Court further fines that said Oscar B.Waddington died seized as the owner,in fee simple,
