<br />:The Court further finds that at the time of his death the said John T.Coons was the owner of 
<br />the following described real estate,to -wit: The southwest quarter of Section Fourteen (14), 
<br />in Township Twelve (12) North,Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,Nebraska.' 
<br />The Court further finds that said real estate passed and descended as follows: To Amy Coons, 
<br />widow, an undivided one -third interest, to Dorsey Coons, Edgar Lowry, Ernest Coons,Nora Fairbairn, 
<br />Edgar Coons,Ethel Shafer, and Lloyd Coons, an undivided 2 /21st each, in fee simple. 
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to the payment of inheritance tax. 
<br />The Court further finds that in the inventory of Dorsey Coons, said administrator sets out that 
<br />said John T. Coons was the owner of Lots 9 and 10 and the south half of Lot 11, in Block 11, it 
<br />the Original Town of Cairo, Hall County,Nebraska; that said inventory is incorrect in said j 
<br />allegation; that the title to said premises on the date of the death of said John T.Coons was it 
<br />in John T.Coons and Amy Coons, or the survivor of either, and by reason thereof on the date ofll 
<br />the death of said John T.Coons, the said Amy Coons immediately became the owner of the absolut�

<br />title of said premises, and that said real estate should not have been.l_listed as owned by sai&

<br />John T.Coons, and that said estate has no right, title, or interest, or claim in and to said l

<br />premises. 
<br />The Court further finds that the personal property was insufficient to pay the debts of said 
<br />estate and the heirs at law have mortgaged the real estate hereinbefore described, and the 
<br />proceeds thereof, to -wit: $959.50, have been used for the payment of debts. !' 
<br />The Court further finds that among the assets of said estate was a promissory note in the sum 
<br />of $1618.56,signed by E.B.Coons,(full name Edgar B.Coons); that said E.B.Coons was unable to )! 
<br />pay the same, and that the heirs at law made and entered into an agreement with said Edgar B. 
<br />Coons, whereby said Edgar B.Coons conveyed all of his interest in the real estate and persona 
<br />property of said estate to the other heirs at law of said John T.Coons,deceased, in considera 
<br />i 
<br />tion that said note be canceled, and the Court hereby approves said settlement and cancelatioi 
<br />Of said note in accordance with the terms of the agreement attached to the final report of sai!dd 
<br />Dorsey Coons, administrator. 
<br />IT IS, TMEFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Dorsey
