<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of FINAL DECREE.
<br />John T.Coons,deceased.
<br />Now, on this 23rd day of June, 1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Dorsey Coons) Administrator of the estate of the above named deceased, and the Court having
<br />examined the said report and the records and files, and being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the
<br />time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report, as ordered by the Court, and no one
<br />appearing to object thereto, the Court examined the same, together with the vouchers on file
<br />and the testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised in the premises, finds that said
<br />report is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the
<br />final report of said Administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that said John T.Coons departed this life on the 3d day of March,1930;
<br />that he was,immediately preceding his death, a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska
<br />that he left surviving him, as his sole and only heirs at law, his widow, Amy Coons, and the
<br />following children; Dorsey Coons, Edith Lowry, Ernest Coons,Nora Fairbairn, Edgar Coons,Ethel
<br />Shafer, and Lloyd Coons.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 14th day of March, 1930, Amy Coons, widow of said John T.
<br />Coons, filed her petition in this Court praying for the administration of said estate and the
<br />appointment of an administrator; that April 5,1930, was fixed as the date for hearing upon sai
<br />petition, and on said date letters of administration were granted and issued to Dorsey Ooons,
<br />and he.duly qualified as the administrator of said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time an
<br />place fixed by the Court for the filing of claims against said estate and that all claims file
