<br />'time and place fixed for said hearing; that on said date of December 9, 19300 a continuance was,';
<br />duly granted and ordered until the 20th day of December, 1930, and on said date of December 201
<br />1930, said instrument was duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this Court as and
<br />for the last will -and testament of William R.Burke, deceased, and letters.testamentary were
<br />.duly issued thereon to Inez I.Burke, Executrix, as named in said last will and testament, and
<br />she thereupon duly qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />1plaee fixed by the Court for filing of claims; that all claims filed have been paid, that the
<br />`funeral expenses and costs of administration have been paid, and the Court finds that the time;'
<br />:;fixed for filing claims has expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate, ifi
<br />any such there be, and not filed herein, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or
<br />,;asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said William R.Burke died seised as the owner in fee simple of thO,
<br />following described real estate: the easterly fifty -six feet of the northerly seventy -five (75�
<br />tfeet of Lot One (1) in Block Fifteen (15), in the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, Hal,
<br />County, Nebraska, and that said property, together with the personal estate of said deceased,
<br />'passed and descended, by absolute title, to Inez I.Burke, surviving widow and sole legatee and
<br />devisee under the will of said deceased.
<br />IT IS,-THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said Ine
<br />!I.Burke, Executrix of the last will and testament of William R.Burke, deceased, be, and the sa
<br />.is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final report, and -said estate is hereby settled
<br />and clAsed, and said Executrix discharged and her bond is hereby released._
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND rECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having olalime againe
<br />the estate of said deoeaseds if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined, and excluded
<br />from setting up or asserting any such elaims.against-- said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that under and by virtue of the last will and test
<br />ment of said William R.Burke, deceased, the absolute title to the following described real es -�
<br />tate, t6-wit: The easterly 56 feet of the northerly 75 feet of Lot One (1) in Block Fifteen (lip)
<br />in the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, together with the perso al
<br />estate of said deceased, passed and descended, by absolute title, to Inez I.Burke, surviving
<br />widow of
