<br />I, Paul N.Birk, Judge of the County Court in and for said Oounty,_do hereby dertify
<br />that on the 19th day of November, 1930, the instrument purporting to be the last will and test
<br />ment of William R.Burke, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court.- That on the 20th day
<br />of December, 1930, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,
<br />probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said
<br />William R.Burke, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court
<br />aforesaid.

<br />Inez I.Burke, Executrix of the last will and testament of William R.Burke,deceased, and upon I!

<br />her petition for settlement of said estate and her discharge herein, and the Court, having
<br />i
<br />examined said report and the records and files, and being duly advised in the premises, finds
<br />that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time]
<br />and place fined for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and no
<br />I
<br />one appearing to object to said final report, the Court examined the same, together with the
<br />vouchers on file, and the testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised in the premise
<br />finds that said report is true and correct and should be approved and allowed as and for the i I I
<br />report of said Zxecutrix.
<br />The Court further finds that said William R.Burke) departed this life on the 4th day of Novemt
<br />ber, 19301 and at the time of his death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall CountypNebraska
<br />The Court further finds that on the 18th day of November, 1930, Inez I.Burke, surviving widow
<br />of said-deceased, filed a petition for the probate of the last will and testament of said
<br />William R.Burke, and that the Oourt thereupon fixed the 9th day of December, 19309 as the dat
<br />for making proof of said last will and testament, and due and legal notice was given of the
