<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Delia A.Farnsworth, deceasejd,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. j

<br />Now, on this 2nd day of June, 1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Luther F.Farnsworth, Executor of the last will and testament of Delia A.Farnsworth, deceased, {I
<br />and-upon his petition for settlement of said estate and his discharge herein, the Court, Navin
<br />I
<br />examined said report and the records and files, and being duly advised in the premises, finds
<br />that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and
<br />place fixed for hearing upon said final report as heretofore ordered by the Court, and no one {)
<br />appearing to object to said final report, the Court examined the same, together with the vouchers
<br />on file, and the testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised in the premises, finds
<br />that said report is true and correct and should be approved and allowed as and for the final
<br />report of said Executor.
<br />The Court further finds that said Delia A.Farnsworth departed this life on the 7th day of July
<br />1930, and at the time of her death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The`Court further finds that on the 12th day of July,1930, Earle E.Farnsworth, a son of said
<br />deceased, filed a petition for the probate of the last will and testament of said Delia A.
<br />Farnswovth, and that the Court thereupon fixed the 5th day of August, 1930, as the date for
<br />making-proof of said last will and testament, and due and legal notice thereof was given of the
<br />time and place fixed for said hearing, that on said date of August 50 19309 said instrument wo
<br />duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this Court as and for the last will and testa,)
<br />ment of Delia A.Farneworth, deceased, and letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to
<br />Luther F.Farnsworth, Executor, as named in said last will and testament, and he thereupon duly
<br />qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time an
<br />place fixed by the Court for filing of claims; that all claims filed have been paid, that the
<br />funeral expenses and costs of administration have been paid, and that the bequests provided in
