<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF DELIA A.FARNSWORTH
<br />I, Delia A.Farnsworth, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do
<br />make and publish this, my ls.st will and testament, in the manner and form following, that is to
<br />say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts, including all sums which may hereafter be advanced to me by my sod,
<br />Earle E.Farnsworth, and the expenses attending my burial, be first paid.
<br />SECOND.
<br />1 give and bequeath to my beloved grand children, Elizabeth Farnsworth, Frederick T.Farnsworth,:
<br />and Albert H.Farnsworth,Jr., children of my deceased son, Albert H.Farnsworth, the sum of Fifty,;
<br />,Dollars ($50.00) each.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give and bequeath to my beloved grand children, Jean Farnsworth, Robert Farnsworth, and Lois
<br />Lamphere, the children of my deceased son, Thad. Farnsworth, the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00)
<br />each.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to my beloved grand - children, William Farnsworth and Richard Farnsworth,
<br />children of my son Earle E.Farnsworth, the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) each.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter -in -law, Jessie Farnsworth, my diamond ring, also aill
<br />my linens and silverware.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved husband, Luther F.Farnsworth, in the event he survive)
<br />me, the rents, income, issues and profits from all the rest,residue and remainder of the estatdi,
<br />both real and personal, of which I shall die the owner, for the period of his natural life.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />Subject to the life use thereof devised and bequeathed to my husband, Luther F.Farnsworth, in
<br />the seventh paragraph of this will, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and re-
<br />rmainder of the estate, both real and personal, of which I shall die the owner, to my beloved
<br />son, Earle E.Farnsworth.-
<br />NINTH.
<br />I nominate and appoint my husband, Luther F.Farnsworth, in the event he survives me, as execut
<br />of this will, and request that he be not required to furnish surety upon his official bond as
<br />such executor, and in the event my said husband does not survive me, then and in that event I
<br />nominate and appoint my son, Earle E.Farnsworth,as Executor of this will, and request that he bpi
<br />not required to furnish surety upon his official bond as such executor.
<br />TENTH.
<br />I hereby revoke any and all former wills made by me.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF; I have hereunto set my hand to each of the two typewritten pages hereof,
