<br />!IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the Gran
<br />Island Trust Company, Executor of the last will and testament of Clarence J.Miles, deceased, be,,
<br />and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for its final report, and said estate is her
<br />by settled and closed, and -said Executor discharged and its bond as such is hereby released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND`D'ECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against

<br />said estate, if any such there be, and not filed herein, are forever barred and excluded from
<br />setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Clarence J.Miles died seized as the owner in fee simple of

<br />in Township Nineteen (19) South of Range Seventeen (17) East (less five acres) in Coffey County,
<br />Kansas:
<br />An undivided one -fifth interest in and to the southwest quarter of Section Twelve (12) in Town -
<br />ship Three (3) North of Range Five (5) East in Gage County, Nebraska;
<br />Fractional Lot Seven (7) in Block "J" of Pa.rkview Cemetery, in Hastings, Adams County,Nebraska

<br />except that part deeded to Harrison Count under date of March 26,1983, for cemetery purposes,
<br />said cemetery containing Approximately 3/4 acres.
<br />!The Court further finds that the real estate described as follows;
<br />Lot Fifteen (15) in Block Sixteen (16) Original Town of Eustis, Frontier County, Nebraska, as
<br />set out in the inventory of the Executors as belonging to said Clarence J.Mtles,belonged to
<br />the Eustis Electric Light and Power Company, and that the said Clarence J.Miles had no title
<br />in and to said real estate as set out in the inventory.
<br />The Court further finds that said Clarence J.Miles at the time of his death held as trustee
<br />;,the following described real estate,to -wit:-
<br />'For the Eustis Electric Light and Power Company:
<br />Lot Fifteen 15 in Block Sixteen 1 Original town of Eustis,Frontier County,Nebraska;
<br />For Clarence J.Miles and Harold B.Miles:

<br />The east half of the northeast quarter of Section Eighteen (19) in Township Sixty -four (64),
<br />Range Twenty -six (26) in Harrison County, Missouri, except that part deeded to Harrison County
<br />under date of March 26,1883, for cemetery purposes, said. cemetery containing approximately
<br />three- fourths acres.
<br />As Trustee for Clara Miles Sample:

<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska., and as more particularly des
<br />cribed in warranty deed recorded in Book 42 at page 461 of the records of Hall County,Nebraska;,
<br />all being located in the city of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebr4ska.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that upon the death of said Clar-
<br />ence J.Miles deceased, his interest in and to the aforesaid described property held by him as
<br />trustee expired, and Vested in the following:
<br />In the Eustis Electric Light and Power Company, Lot 15, in Block 169 Original Town of Eustis
<br />Frontier County, Nebraska;
<br />In Clarence J.Miles and Harold B.Miles, each an undivided one -half interest in and to the east
