<br />I give and bequeath to my nephew, Clarence M.Sample, (my namesake) one hundred (100) shares of
<br />the preferred stock of the Beatrice Creamery Company to have and to hold forever and it is my
<br />,wish that, if necessary, the money from this stock be used in providing him with a good education.
<br />Item 6.
<br />I give and bequeath to the Cemetery Association at Hastings, Nebraska, the sum of One Thousand)
<br />($1000.00) Dollars, payable within six months from the date of my decease for the purpose of j;
<br />keeping my cemetery lot in good condition and to otherwise beautify the cemetery.
<br />Item 7.
<br />All the rest and residue of my estate, both real and personal, I give, devise and bequeath as
<br />follows: -
<br />(a) To my brother, Charles V.Miles, an undivided one - fourth (+) thereof to have and to hold
<br />forever.
<br />(b) To my brother,Harold B.Miles, an undivided one - fourth W thereof to have and to hold
<br />forever.
<br />(c) To my sister, Clara Miles Sample, a life interest in an undivided one- fourth (J) thereof
<br />and the remainder at her death to her children, Oscar Sample and Clarence M.Sample, share and
<br />share alike.
<br />(d) To my brother, Herbert W.Miles, a life interest in an-undivided one - fourth W thereof and
<br />the remainder upon his death to my brothers, Charles V.Miles and Harold B.Miles and to my sist
<br />Clara Miles Sample,share and share alike.
<br />I direct that my remains be placed in a suitable steel caskets no less than One Thousand
<br />Dollars and buried on the lot I now own in the cemetery at Hastings,Nebraska.
