<br />jNow on this 14th day of April11931, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Mal vine Stratmann McCann, Administratrix of the Estate of Charlotte Stratmann, deceased, and
<br />upon her petition for the approval and allowance of said report, the settlement of said estates
<br />and her discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein,and being
<br />fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons
<br />of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said report and petition, and no one appearing toj
<br />i
<br />object to said report, and the Court having examined said report, together with the vouchers
<br />on file, finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that said report ought
<br />to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Administratrix, said estate
<br />i
<br />settled -.and closed and said Administratrix discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />w
<br />and place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased, and that
<br />all persons having claims against said estate, not now filed within the time fixed by the Cour *,
<br />if any such there be, are forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting
<br />any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Administratrix has received from all sources the sun of
<br />$2417.85, and after payment of the funeral expenses of said deceased, costs of this proceeding
<br />and the Inheritance Tax found due by this Court, and the other debts against said deceased, j

<br />there remains a balance in her-possession in the amount of $1299.08, which said Administratris!�
<br />has paid to herself as the sole and only heir of said deceased. Ii
<br />The Court further finds that the said Charlotte Stratmann departed this life on the 10th day o�
