<br />bf his last will and testament, to his children, William H.Zook, Lula Roberts and Effie Mumford
<br />in equal shares and in absolute title, subject to the life estate of Minerva Zook, each of the
<br />4bove named legatees taking an undivided one -third part thereof.
<br />the court further -finds that the said Minerva Zook departed this life in Grand Island,Hall
<br />(County, Nebraska,'on the - - -- day of May,1929, and that the executor,Edward Mumf ord, did pay
<br />the legacies as provided under the terms and conditions of the will of William T.Zook,deceased;',
<br />that the money and personal property passing to the said Minerva Zook for use during her life-
<br />time was used by her in accordance with the terms of the will during her lifetime and that at
<br />her death distribution thereof was made by the executor in accordance with the provisions and
<br />terms of said will, and that.receipts were taken, from the several legatees by the executor, and;
<br />that the legacies, as provided by said will, have been fully paid.

<br />claims of the said Minerva Zook have been paid by the executor and receipts therefor taken and j
