That on the 7th day of February 1925, <br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as <br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said William T.Zook,decea.sed, <br />;and the same was ordered -to -be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHYREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this <br />7th diLy of February 1928. <br />(SEAL) <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) <br />OF WILLIAM T.ZOOK, FINAL DECREE. <br />DECEASED. <br />J.H.Mullin <br />County Judge <br />NOW on this 26th day of June, 1928s this cause came on for hearing upon the final report and <br />supplemental report filed by Edward Mumford, executor of said estate and last will and testamei <br />and it appearing to the Court that due notice of the filing of said report and of the time and <br />place appointed for the hearing thereon, as by law provided, and as by the order of this Court <br />required and no one having appeared to object to or protest to the allowance of said report, <br />And after a full examination of said report the Court finds that the same is correct and ought <br />to be allowed; that the executor has accounted for all property of said deceased coming into <br />I <br />his hands or under his control, and that there remains no money or other personal property in <br />his possession for distribution. <br />The Court finds that due notice was given to all creditors of said deceased, as to the time <br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate, that -the time so allowed f <br />filing claims has fully expired, that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have <br />been paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said deceased, or his estate <br />not filed in this office whithin the time allowed for filing claims, if any such exist, are <br />therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED by the Court that the report of Edward Mumford, executor, be and <br />the same is approved and allowed as and for his I final account and he is discharged of his t <br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all persons are forever barred from fil <br />or setting any claims or demands against the state of William T.Zook, deceased. <br />THE COURT FINDS that the said William T.Zook- departed this life on the 5th day of January,1928 <br />that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />that he left a Last will and testament, which instrument was duly proved,allowed and admitted <br />to probate in this court on the 7th day of February, 1925, and recorded in this office. <br />THE COURT FINDS that the said William T.Zook was at the time of.his death the owner in fee of <br />the following described real estate situate in the County of_Ha11_and State of Nebraska, to -wi <br />Lots Two (2) and Four (4) in Block Four (4), in College Addition to hest Lawn, in the City of <br />Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded. <br />The Court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of said last will and testament all <br />I <br />of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the tes -� <br />tator in the manner following, To William H.Zook, son of the testator, and Lula Roberts and <br />Effie Mumford, daughters of the testatrix, in equal shares, and undivided one -third part ther <br />of to each of them, subject to the life estate of Minerva Zook., <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY the Court that all of the right, title an <br />interest of William T.Zook in and to Lots Two (2) and _Four (4) in Block Four (4) in College <br />i <br />P1 <br />it, <br />, <br />
