<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF WILLIAM T.ZOOK.
<br />;KNOW ALL MITN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Is William T.Zook, -of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,;5
<br />;being of sound mind and disposing memory do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and
<br />Testament in the manner and form following, to -wit:
<br />'1. I direct that all of my just debts, funeral expenses, and expenses of my last sickness be
<br />first paid by my Executors hereinafter named, out of my personal property.
<br />11. Subject to the payment of the foregoing oin debts, I ive,devise and bequeath tom beloved '

<br />;wife, Minerva Zook, all of the real estate which I may possess at the time of my death, she to!
<br />have the said real estate for and during her natural life time and shall have the use and in-
<br />come and profits thereof during her life time and at her death, the said real estate is hereby!
<br />;given to my beloved children,to -wit: William H.Zook, Lula Roberts and Effie Mumford, they to if
<br />'have the same absolutely and forever, subject only to the life estate of my beloved wife therein.
<br />;111. I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Minerva Zook, all of the presonal property,
<br />money, bonds, securities and other personal effects, including the stock in my grocery store i
<br />the same is owned by me at the time of my death, she to have the use, income and profit of all;.
<br />of the said personal property during her life time and in the event that it becomes necessary j
<br />`I
<br />for her to use any of said personal property, she may do so in addition to the income and prof,
<br />therefrom. At the time of the death of my beloved wife, Minerva Zook, the personal property

<br />which shall remain used, shall be distributed as follows: to -wit. One Thousand Dollars
<br />i
<br />($1000.00) thereof is hereby given and bequeathed to the surviving children of my deceased son
<br />`Elmer Zook, the said sum of $1000.00 to be divided equally among said surviving children.
<br />1V. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my personal property remaining unused at the
<br />.time of the death of my beloved wife, shall be given and divided equally between William H.Zoo�
<br />Lula Roberts and Effie Mumford in equal shares to each.

<br />V. I name, nominate and appoint my beloved son -in -law, Edward Mumford, Executor of this my Lasi
<br />Will and Testament, and I request that he be not required to give bond as such Executor.
<br />Vl. I hereby revoke any and all former Wills by me made.

<br />We, whose names are hereto subscribed, do hereby certify that William T.Zook, the Testator,
<br />`signed his name to the foregoing instrument consisting of one page of typewritten matter, in
<br />our presence and in th-e presence of each of us and he at the same time declared the said in-
<br />strument to be his Last Will and Testament and we at his request and in his presence did sign
<br />our names hereto as attesting witnesses.
