<br />'I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />'22nd day of December, 1928, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />,Lena Ruff,deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 31st day of jan. 1929,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />f
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Lena Ruff,deceased, and
<br />the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this

<br />NOW on this 2nd day of July, 1929; this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />John F.Ruff, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Lena Ruff, Deceased, and upon his
<br />petition for the approval and allowance df said report, the settlement of said estate and his
<br />discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein, and being fully 1'
<br />advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed for a hearing on said report and petition, and no one appearing to object:
<br />to said report, and the Court having examined said report, together with the vouchers on file,'
<br />finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that said report ought to be
<br />approved and allowed as and for the Final Report of said Executor, said estate settled and
<br />r.
<br />closed, and said executor discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time kj
<br />and place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased, and that
<br />all persons having claims against said estate, not filed within the time fixed by the Court, ir
<br />any such there be, are forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any $uch
<br />claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said executor has paid the funeral expenses of said deceased, the;
<br />costs of this proceeding, and the other debts against said estate, and. nothing further remains.
<br />in the possession of said executor belonging to said estate, and that said estate ought to be''
<br />settled and closed and said executor discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that there is no Inheritance Tax due under and by virtue of the Laws
<br />of the State of Nebraska, nor is there any Federal Estate Tax due under and by virtue of the
<br />laws of the United States.
<br />} The Court further finds that the said Lena Ruff, departed this life on the 3rd day of Novembeti
<br />1925s being at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />that she left a Last Will and Testament, which instrument was duly admitted to probate in this
<br />Court as provided by law.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Lena Ruff died seized, as the owner by fee simple title,'
<br />of the following described real estate, situated in the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska,;
