<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF LENA RUFF.
<br />Oairo,Nebr.,Nov. 30th,1925.
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Lena Ruff, of Hall County, State of Nebraska, in this
<br />document make this my last will and testament. Being in full mind and good health, urged by
<br />no one, I free - willingly make this testament.
<br />It is my will that after my death my husband, Rev. John F.Ruff, of Hall bounty, State of Ne-
<br />braska, shall inherit my Real Estate and Personal Property.
<br />That he shall have the full use of same and in case of necessity shall have the right to sell
<br />the real estate and use the money received for same. After his death, all Real Estate and
<br />Personal Property then left, after all debts are paid, shall be divided equally among our
<br />children whose names are as follows: Emma Henke, wife of W.M.Henke, Beata Streae,wife of Rev.
<br />Paul J.Strege, Martin Ruff, Gertrude Ruff,Adolf Ruff, and Stella Ruff.
<br />Description of Real, Estate to be inherited by my husband,Rev.John F.Ruff:-
<br />Lot numbered One (1) in Block numbered Eleven (11) of the original town of Cairo, and also Lot
<br />numbered five (5), in Block numbered Ten (10) of the original- town of Cairo, as shown by the
<br />recorded Plat of the said town of Cairo. Also Lot numbered Eleven (11) of the Home Subdivis
<br />to the City of Grand Island, as shown by the recorded Plat thereof. And Part of N.W.Quarter
<br />(N.W.J N.E.J) of Sec. 24, T.12, North Range 12, West of sixth Principle Meridian, containing
<br />10 acres.
<br />And-all other Real Estate which I may own in any place of the United States of N.America.
